XTT LIFE™ is an SBR maintenance preventative provider of eco-friendly products for different pieces of equipment, fuel, and fleets of vehicles. We are able to provide Green and Innovative Solutions to reduce downtime in addition to saving money on maintenance.
We have two signature products, the ProTxT Tire Reparative™ and XTT Burn Rate Modifier™(or XBRM™). ProTxT Tire Reparative™ is best used as a preventative for tires, and when applied, it significantly reduces the occurrence of flats and allows for the removal of nails and screws without the need to plug.

With over 18 years of unwavering dedication to entrepreneurship, Veny DeOliveira has emerged as a dynamic force in the fields of fleet maintenance and environmental solutions. He is also a decorated Toastmasters International™ leader, having previously served as the District 36 Vice President of Public Relations and Area 72 Director. Veny remains an active member of Toastmasters International™, serving as an officer, mentor, and coach.
His entrepreneurial journey is defined by a deep commitment to creating positive change in both industry and the world. That journey has taken him beyond the U.S., with experience in the Caribbean, South America—including Argentina and Brasil—where he has explored and advanced sustainable solutions on a global scale.
Our Start

Our founder, Veny DeOliveira’s journey to creating XTT Life™ was shaped by family influence and a pivotal conversation with his stepfather, Luis. In the early 2000s, Veny was focused on raising his three daughters and working in healthcare until Luis challenged him with the question, “Are you honestly living?” This inspired Veny to explore entrepreneurial ventures alongside his father, Carlos, who introduced him to the ProTxT Tire Reparative™, a product designed to prevent tire punctures.
As Veny brainstormed business names with his best friend, his grade school daughter, Adriana, suggested “XT Life,” leading to the creation of XTT Life™. The extra ‘T’ gave it a unique twist. Veny also became an advocate for sustainable practices, driven by personal experiences with asthma and witnessing his mother’s health struggles.
XTT Life™ emerged as a business focused on offering eco-friendly products to save time, money, and the environment, symbolizing a commitment to sustainability and customer well-being. Veny’s transformation from a corporate life to entrepreneurship reflects the power of inspiration, family support, and a desire to make a positive impact in the world.
