Installation of the ProTxT Product Manually
You must first determine the amount of ounces to be put in the tire:
- Using a measuring tape, measure the top of the tire to the bottom of the tire.
- Then measure the width from one side of the tread to the other side of the tread.
- Once the height and the width have been determined, multiply the 2, and multiply it by either:
0.66 for ProTxT (vehicles that go over 45MPH)
or
.18 for ProTxT (vehicles that go under 45MPH)
To install the product, we suggest that you lift the equipment with a jack (so when you deflate the tire, the weight of the vehicle will not cause the tire to come off the rim). Once this is done, you will need to remove the core from the valve stem and deflate the tire. With the manual pump, you will install the recommended dosage (H x W x either 0.66 or .18). You will then install the cores back into the valve stem and inflate the tire to is recommended psi. Product Details
The ProTxT Tire Reparative™ is a preventative product designed to reduce the risk of punctures, blowouts, and uneven wear on tires. It can be applied before a tire is mounted on a vehicle or machinery or through the valve stem of a deflated tire. The ProTxT Tire Reparative™ helps to maintain correct air pressure, which helps with the integrity of the side wall, allowing recapping tire suppliers to re-cap the tire up to three times. Additionally, it can be used as a dynamic balancer for heavy-duty tires, eliminating the need for an Equal Flex Bag.

Pro TXT Tire Reparative™ is a concentrate of fibers that disperse in the ballast solution area injected inside the tire. When a puncture occurs, the fibers quickly cross-hatch the puncture from the inside
Goodyear tests have shown that 15% under-inflation results in about an 8% drop in expected tread mileage and a 2.5% decrease in MPG.
No air loss minimizes sidewall flexing, maintaining the integrity of the casing. Pro TXT contains corrosion inhibitors that protect any type of metal found in tires, rims, or value stems.
Tire Waste Reduction
Through innovative compounds and predictive analytics, we extend tire life, reducing waste and promoting sustainable usage. Recap tires are reused tires that have new tread glued to the sidewall of an old tire, then resold for 60%-80% less than new tires. Unfortunately, many of these tires end up causing accidents and fatalities due to blowouts, which happen quite often and are very scary.
There are tire casings up and down the side walls of I-95 and 495 caused by these blowouts. During extreme temperatures, especially in the hot months, tires typically inflate, which causes the tire to blow out, and this happening at 50 MPH can be deadly.
